It is recommended that patrons speak to the Security Manager and Medical Team members at the festival entry gate who can assist them. Patrons are allowed to bring medically necessary materials and medications into the festival if they meet these guidelines:

      1. Prescriptions are in their original container sealed/unopened.

      2. Only one type of medication is present, and the bottle contains only the appropriate amount of medication necessary while in attendance.

      3. Prescriptions are not expired.

      4. The patron’s name is on the prescription bottle and is verified with an ID

      5. Medications that require refrigeration can be brought to the medical tent for storage, after adhering to verification

    • YAYA MUSIC FEST retains exclusive media rights for the event indefinitely. This includes, but is not limited to, the right to capture, record, and utilize photographs, videos, and other media content created from the festival for promotional, marketing, and commercial purposes.

    • Tickets can be purchased at the door with either cash, Venmo or Zelle.

    • How does this work?

      • There are a total of 12 different POGs

      • Collect all 12 POGs

      • Look for them hidden throughout the venue fairgrounds and with our YAYA volunteers

      • Redeem your prize at the YAYA Info booth starting at 4pm

      • Prizes are based on first come first serve

      • Redemption will close once all prizes have been redeemed

      • POGs can only be redeemed once per person

    • Raffle tickets are to be given to the first 300 people (through main gate entrance)

    • Rules:

      • One per person

      • Must be physically present to receive ticket

      • Must be physically present to redeem

      • Drawing at 3:20pm for t-shirts

      • Drawing at 5:00pm for meet and greet backstage access
